However, the village initially informed them that the funds were not available in the budget. Undeterred, Braden and Drommerhausen turned to the community, launching a crowdfunding campaign to raise the necessary funds.

The GoFundMe campaign, with a goal of 0 to cover the cost of the signs, installation, and fees, quickly surpassed its target, raising a total of 1 from 27 donors.
